Conditions of participation

Please note the following conditions of participation for the competition "Into the front row with IFG"

Conditions of participation

1. By participating in the competition, the participant accepts the following conditions of participation.

Organizer

1. The sole organizer of the competition is IFG Ingolstadt AöR, Wagnerwirtsgasse 2, 85049 Ingolstadt.

Eligible to participate

1. All persons aged 18 and over are eligible to take part.
2. Participation via third parties who commercially arrange participation in competitions and/or prize draws or via automatic entry software is not permitted, nor is manipulation of the competition.
3. Employees of IFG Ingolstadt AöR are excluded from the competition.

Participation period

1. A new round of the competition will be launched in the run-up to each Germany preliminary round match at the European Football Championship. The exact period will be stated in the competition text on Instagram.

Participation

1. Participation takes place on the Instragram page @ingolstadttourismus, but is not connected to Instagram. Instagram is neither a co-organizer nor a cooperation partner of IFG Ingolstadt AöR.
2. Participants must like the @ingolstadttourismus page and specify in a comment under the feed post which friends they would like to take along to the public viewing. It is not necessary to link or tag the persons.
3. Participation is free of charge.
4. Participants who do not comply with these conditions of participation may be excluded from participation. In such cases, IFG Ingolstadt AöR is entitled not to award prizes or to subsequently disallow and reclaim them and to determine an alternative winner.

Winnings, determination of winnings and notification of winnings

1. IFG Ingolstadt AöR is raffling off very good seats in the public viewing area including food and drink vouchers from the caterers listed.
2. All participants have the same chance of winning. The competition is in no way connected
   connection with the restaurateur and is in no way sponsored, supported or organized by the restaurateur.
3. The winners will be selected at random by IFG and notified by a comment with a link below the Instagram feed post on @instragramtourismus. The winners must confirm their participation within 24 hours by sending a direct message including contact details (telephone number) on Instagram, otherwise the prize claim will be forfeited. In this case, IFG reserves the right to select a new winner from the remaining participants.
4. There is no entitlement to any other prize. Cash payment is not possible. It is not possible to change or exchange the prize. The prize cannot be transferred to third parties.
5. IFG Ingolstadt AöR reserves the right to suspend the competition in whole or in part if fraudulent activities by participants, technical errors or other circumstances beyond the control of IFG Ingolstadt AöR jeopardize the implementation of the competition.
6. The food and drink vouchers will be issued to the winner on site in the restaurant. The IFG team will coordinate the details directly with the winner.
7. If the public viewing cannot be attended (e.g. for health reasons) and/or if the public viewing cannot be held (e.g. due to weather conditions), the entitlement to the prize shall lapse.
8. IFG reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition for good cause, in particular in the event of a breach of the conditions of participation and/or suspected manipulation. IFG reserves the right to interrupt or prematurely terminate the competition at any time without prior notice. IFG is entitled to do so in particular if the proper execution of the competition can no longer be guaranteed for technical, legal or economic reasons and/or does not appear reasonable.
9. IFG is not liable for material or legal defects of the prize that are or could be related to the prize. The winners and their companions attend the public viewing at their own risk. IFG is not liable for material or financial losses of the winners and their companions, unless the damage was caused by gross negligence or intent.
10. The competition is subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. Legal recourse is excluded with regard to the implementation of the competition, the winning decision and the awarding of the prize.

Data protection information

1. The responsible body within the meaning of data protection law for this competition is IFG Ingolstadt AöR, Wagnerwirtsgasse 2, 85049 Ingolstadt.
2. By participating, you agree to the processing and use of your data in accordance with the conditions of participation.
3. If you do not agree to the use of your data, participation in the competition is not possible.
4. The collection, processing and use of participants' personal data is required to run the competition.
5. IFG Ingolstadt AöR collects, processes and uses the aforementioned personal data of each
   personal data of each participant in order to determine the potential winners from these participants.
6. Participants' data will only be collected, processed and used for the purpose of running this competition. The data will not be passed on to third parties.
7. Immediately after the draw, the participants' data collected for the competition will be

Consent to data protection

1. By participating in this competition, you consent to the collection, processing and use of your personal data for the purposes stated in the conditions of participation. You can revoke your consent at any time. All you need to do is send an informal message to IFG Ingolstadt AöR, Wagnerwirtsgasse 2, 85049 Ingolstadt or by e-mail to marketing@ingolstadt.de. If you make use of this right to object before the end of the campaign period, you will no longer be able to take part in the competition.
